These deductions reduced the total contributions received, impacting the school’s ability to fund student programs, scholarships, and cultural initiatives.

A direct payment integration with ADCB (Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank) was implemented, allowing the school to receive donations without incurring third-party service fees. This solution ensured that 100% of the contributions were retained by the institution, significantly boosting available funds.

While the school had a strong reputation for academic excellence, the inefficiencies in its online donation system created several pressing challenges:

- Technical Barriers in Bank Integration: The school lacked the necessary infrastructure to directly integrate with ADCB (Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank), limiting its ability to process fee-free online donations.
- Financial Tracking and Transparency Issues: The reliance on third-party processors made financial tracking and reporting more complex and less transparent.
- Delayed Payment Processing: Donations were subjected to longer processing times due to intermediary involvement, impacting cash flow management.
The American Community School needed a cost-efficient solution to enhance donation processing and maximize funds, That’s when they partnered with Provis Technologies.
The Beginning of Transformation
Provis Technologies suggested a direct payment integration with ADCB bank and the school’s vision aligned perfectly with the Idea. After in-depth discussions, a strategic plan was developed to create a direct integration between the school’s online donation platform and ADCB bank.
With a clear strategy in place, the development process was initiated using an Agile Approach, ensuring flexibility and timely execution. The project was structured into key phases:
Using Figma, an intuitive and user-friendly donation interface was designed and developed using Vue.js, allowing seamless transactions while maintaining the school’s brand aesthetics.
A secure and powerful backend system was developed using Laravel to directly connect the school’s donation portal with ADCB’s banking infrastructure.
Ensuring adherence to the banking regulations of Abu Dhabi and compliance standards, the payment system was built with advanced encryption and authentication protocols to protect donor data.
A comprehensive dashboard was implemented, providing real-time insights into donor contributions and transaction records.
A rigorous testing phase was conducted, including security audits, performance optimizations, and user acceptance testing to ensure a flawless donation experience.
After thorough testing, the platform was deployed. Our team provided ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition and addressed any initial challenges that arose post-launch.
