Provis Technologies developed a connection between the hello sign and close.io(CRM). In the month-long engagement, we took the client’s requirements to create a custom connection and executed it on the website.
HelloSign allows you to electronically request and add legally valid signatures to any document, from new hire agreements to loans, to NDAs. HelloSign is available in an intuitive web interface, a developer-friendly API, or as a Salesforce add-on. Where the Close.io is a CRM that helps to store the data.
Previously there were many steps to sign a document, like a customer uploading a document and putting their signature in the form of (Name, Date and set some other passwords). After that he shares the file to the desired candidate and the candidate gets the password over the mail. Clients don’t want the previous method so he asked us to do a simple solution to cut those steps to save time.
Before starting with the designing and development process, it was important for us to understand HelloSign and its core functions properly. Then we searched for many websites that provide the same functionality. After that checked Close.io integrations, but they were not providing direct integration with HelloSign, so we created a small API app to make a bridge between both applications. We analyzed the requirements, its various functions and then created a step by step strategy.

As a result of our dedicated efforts, we created a highly appealing and feature-loaded connection between HelloSign and Close.io, that the client was more than happy and satisfied to see.
As I mentioned, HelloSign does not provide direct API integration with Close.io. So we create an API app that works as a bridge between both the applications and provides a better solution for the client.
