How much does Zapier automation cost?
It depends on the number of workflows and steps, the apps involved, any custom code, the data to clean up and the support you want after launch. We do not sell fixed packages. After a short call, we send an approach, a rough timeline and a rough cost range within two working days, with no charge and no commitment. Your Zapier plan is billed by Zapier, separately from our work.
How long does it take to set up Zapier workflows?
A single zap with a trigger and a few steps takes far less time than a set of workflows around a CRM with paths and code steps. We give you a realistic timeline after the first call, and every workflow is tested on sample records before it is switched on.
What is Zapier?
Zapier is an online tool that connects web apps without code. A workflow, called a zap, starts with a trigger in one app, such as a form being sent, and runs actions in others, such as creating a CRM contact and sending a welcome email.
Should I use Zapier, Make, n8n or custom code?
We build with all of them, so the answer depends on your workflows. Zapier suits workflows of a few steps between apps it already connects, which your team wants to change without a developer. Make and n8n suit workflows that branch, loop or run at high volume, and n8n can run on your own server. Custom code suits apps with no connector and workflows that are part of your product. We tell you which fits after the first call.
Can you fix zaps that someone else set up?
Yes. We go through the run history, find the zaps that fail, run twice or no longer do anything, fix them, give them clear names and write down what each one does, so your team can follow them.
Can Zapier connect to our CRM?
In most cases, yes: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho and many other CRMs have Zapier connectors. For Acris we built Zapier workflows around its CRM, and the Emploi Retraite platform we built has HubSpot and Zapier connected.
What if one of our apps has no Zapier connector?
If the app can send or receive webhooks, a zap can still talk to it. If not, we write a small integration in Node.js or Laravel that calls the app's API, and connect that to your other tools.
Who owns the workflows?
You do. We build the zaps in your own Zapier account, or a team account you own, so the workflows, the connected apps and the run history stay with you. Any code we write goes into your own repository.
What happens when a zap fails?
Zapier keeps a history of every run. We set up alerts so a named person hears about a failure, and under a support plan we find the cause, fix it and run the failed records again.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. Our team is in Jaipur on IST, 4.5 to 5.5 hours ahead of London and 9.5 to 10.5 ahead of New York, and works with clients in the US, the UK, Canada, Europe, Australia and the UAE. Our UK company, Provis Global Ltd, is registered in the United Kingdom.
