Log Files

Provis Technologies follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of their hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

How long we keep your data

We do not keep personal information for longer than we need it. The periods below are the ones we work to, counted from the day you send us the information:

  • Enquiries sent through our contact, service and partnership forms: 24 months.
  • Job applications, including any CV you upload: 12 months, after which the record and the uploaded file are both deleted.
  • Server log files, as described above: up to 90 days. These are held by our hosting provider as part of its standard service, and we do not keep copies beyond that.

Deletion runs automatically. We may keep information for longer where the law requires it, or where we need it to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. You can ask us to delete your information sooner using the contact details below.

Advertising Partners Privacy Policies

Third-party ad servers or ad networks use technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on Provis Technologies, which are sent directly to users’ browsers. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.

Note that Provis Technologies has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

Google reCAPTCHA

Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which tells automated submissions apart from real ones without asking you to solve a puzzle. To do this it collects information about your device and how you interact with the page, including your IP address, and sends it to Google, which returns a score we use to decide whether to accept the submission. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager to load and manage the measurement tags on this website. Tag Manager itself does not create profiles or store cookies; it is the container that loads the other tools described in this policy, and those tools are covered by their own terms. Tag Manager does process your IP address in order to work. If you have set a browser or device level opt-out, Tag Manager respects it for the tags it loads.

Third Party Privacy Policies

Our Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt out of certain options.

You can choose to disable cookies through your individual browser options. More detailed information about cookie management with specific web browsers can be found on the browsers’ respective websites.
