Let AI Answer Routine Tickets. Your Team Takes the Rest.
AI support answers routine questions on chat, email and WhatsApp from your own records, and passes every other ticket to a person with the conversation attached.
Where your support team's hours go
Most tickets ask the same few things: where is my order, is it in stock, when will it arrive. Your team answers them by hand, one by one, while the tickets that need a person wait in the same queue.
-
“Most of our tickets ask the same few questions.”
Routine questions are answered from your order, stock and delivery records, at any hour.
-
“Customers write on chat, email and WhatsApp, and each has its own inbox.”
One assistant answers on each channel, and every ticket it cannot answer lands in one queue for your team.
-
“We tried a chatbot, and it made things up.”
The assistant answers only from your records, and hands off to a person when the records cannot answer.
The tickets that repeat most, answered from your records
We start where tickets repeat most and the answer is already in your records. Each job below hands off to a person when it cannot answer.

Pilot-first
What a first support pilot builds
Pilot-first: we start with a small pilot on your own data, priced up front, before any full build. The pilot answers one kind of question on one channel. We test it on your past tickets against a target agreed with you.
- What the pilot builds
- An assistant that answers one kind of routine question, such as order status, on one channel, from a copy of your records, with hand-off to a person.
- What you get
- The pilot, its test tickets and results, and a plain recommendation: go further, change course or stop.
How AI customer support automation works
AI customer support automation is an assistant that reads each customer message, looks up the answer in your own records and replies on the channel the customer used. When the records cannot answer, or the customer asks for a person, it hands the ticket to your team with the conversation attached.
-
Message
A customer writes on chat, email or WhatsApp.
-
Understand
The assistant works out what is being asked, and who is asking.
-
Checks
The customer may see this order, and the question is on the answer list.
-
Your records
It reads the order, stock or delivery record, or the help page that answers it.
-
Answer or hand off
It replies, or passes the ticket to a person when the records cannot answer.
- Message “My order has not arrived yet. Where is it?”
- Understand A delivery question, from a signed-in customer with one open order.
- Checks The order belongs to this customer, and delivery status is on the answer list.
-
Your records
Finds one open order: dispatched -
Your records
Checks the delivery: with the courier, no date recorded - Answer or hand off “Your order is with the courier. We have no delivery date yet, so I have asked our team to check.”
The records held no delivery date, so the assistant handed the ticket to a person instead of guessing one.
Your helpdesk and channels stay, and we stay after launch
We build on the records and channels you already run, start with a pilot on your own tickets, and stay on after launch.
-
We ship live AI products
Gyanee.ai, which we built, and our own Chitra and ProvisCommerce are live on the App Store, Google Play and the web.
-
Built around your systems
We connect the assistant to your helpdesk, store and order records, and the chat, email or WhatsApp channels you already run.
-
Support after launch
We monitor the assistant after launch, keep it updated and improve it as new models arrive.
-
Hours that overlap yours
We work on India Standard Time (IST): 4.5 to 5.5 hours ahead of London and 9.5 to 10.5 ahead of New York.
An assistant that never guesses or promises a refund
A support assistant speaks for your business, so it must never guess. On every assistant we build, we agree with you what it may answer, keep each customer to their own records and hand off whenever it is unsure.
On every support assistant we build
- Answers come only from your records and help pages; when they cannot answer, a person takes over.
- Each customer sees only their own orders and details.
- It never offers prices, refunds or promises that you keep for your team.
- A log of every conversation, with each hand-off and its reason.
Start with the question your customers ask most
We run a pilot on your own tickets, starting with the question your customers ask most. The assistant answers more once its first answers have proved right.
The channels, models and tools we build support on
Standard, widely used tools, so another team could take the code over. We connect the assistant to the channels your customers already use and the records your team already keeps, and choose the model per task, on answer quality, cost and where your data may go.

Chat on your website or app, email, and WhatsApp.

Questions about AI customer support automation
What is AI customer support automation?
An assistant that answers routine customer questions on chat, email or WhatsApp from your own records, and passes everything else to a person with the conversation attached. It takes the repeated questions off your team, so people spend their time on the tickets that need judgement.
Is this an AI customer service chatbot?
Partly. Chat is one channel; the same assistant can answer email and WhatsApp, and sort and route tickets for your team. Unlike a scripted chatbot, it reads the question in the customer's own words and answers from your records, and it hands off when they cannot answer.
Which questions can it answer?
Questions whose answer is in your records or help pages, such as order status, stock, delivery, returns policy and account details. We start with the one your customers ask most, and add more once its answers have proved right on your past tickets.
Can it work on WhatsApp?
Yes. WhatsApp is one of the channels we build for, alongside website or app chat and email. The assistant answers routine questions in the chat and passes it to a person on your team when it cannot answer, so the customer stays in the same conversation.
What happens when it does not know the answer?
It hands the ticket to a person, with the conversation and a short summary, instead of guessing. The ProvisCommerce support assistant, a pilot, works this way. When its records cannot answer a customer, it passes the question to a person.
Can it automate support tickets, not just chat?
Yes. It can label each new ticket by topic and urgency, route it to the right person, add a summary, and draft a reply from your records for a person to check and send. Ticket automation is often a safe first step, because a person still sends every reply.
Will it work with our helpdesk?
We connect to the helpdesk, store or CRM you already run, through the connection it offers other software (its API), so tickets stay where your team works today. Tell us which tools you use at the discovery call, and we confirm how we would connect them before you commit.
How do you keep customer data safe?
Each customer sees only their own orders and details, and fields you keep private stay out of the model's reach. With hosted models from OpenAI or Anthropic, messages are processed by that provider; with open models on your own servers, they stay inside your network.
Why start with a pilot?
Because the answers have to be right on your tickets, not on a demo. A pilot runs on a copy of your records against your past tickets, so you see how many it answers correctly and how many it hands off before any customer sees it. Then you decide to go further, change course or stop.
How much does AI customer support automation cost?
Three things drive the cost: the channels, the systems the assistant reads, and how many kinds of question it answers. Tell us what your customers ask, and within two working days we come back with an approach, a rough timeline and a rough number.
How long does it take?
It depends on the channels and the systems involved. We start with a pilot on the question your customers ask most, so your team sees it working before we build more. We agree the timeline at the discovery call.
Who owns the assistant and its code?
You do. Your code repository, cloud account and domain are in your company's name; our team joins as collaborators, and you can remove access at any time. If you want us to, we monitor the assistant after launch and keep it updated.
Do you work with UK and US clients from India?
Yes. We sign an NDA before we start, on request, and work only in the accounts you invite us into. Your code repository, cloud account and domain stay in your company's name.
