Who you talk to, when, and what you own
How a team in India works with you: the people, the hours, the process, and the accounts that stay in your name. Written for the person who has to vouch for us.

The walk-away promise
Your code, cloud and domain are in your company's name from day one. If you leave, they are already in your name.
- CodeIn your company's name
- Cloud accountIn your company's name
- DomainIn your company's name
You decide who has access to your product, and you can remove it at any time. If you leave, the code, the cloud account and the domain are already in your name. How the contract assigns the IP in the code we write is one of the questions to ask us before you sign.

Time zones, in your clock
Our team is in India, on IST (UTC+5:30). India does not change its clocks, so the gap moves when yours do. How many of those hours we overlap with you is question 1 under Before you sign.
This place keeps the same time all year.

Before you sign: questions to ask us
Our MVP Launch Playbook tells founders to ask any agency these eight questions, and to get the answers in writing. They apply to us too:
- How many working hours overlap with my time zone, and when is the daily check-in?
- Who is my named contact, and who covers when they are away?
- Who exactly writes the code, and how senior are they?
- How often will I see working software, and can I click through it myself?
- Where is the work tracked, and do I get access to it?
- How fast do you reply to a message, and to something broken?
- What happens if a developer on my project leaves?
- Can I speak to a past client?
If your company needs it, also ask about
- SecurityWho gets production access, how it is removed, and how passwords and keys are handled.
- DataWhether we sign a DPA, and how GDPR, India's DPDP Act or UAE data law apply to your data.
- Regulated dataPCI scope for stores and payments; whether we sign a BAA for health data.
- CertificationsWhich certifications we hold.
- QA and releaseWhat “done” means, where you test before release (staging), which tests are automated, and who signs a release off.
- Documentation and handoverWhat we write down (architecture, setup, runbooks), and what you receive if we part ways.
- SupportResponse and fix times by severity, who you escalate to, and what happens on your busiest sales day.
- Price and contractHow the work is priced and billed, how the contract assigns the IP in the code we write, and what happens if either side ends early.
