Product Copy in Your Voice, in Every Language You Sell In
Our AI content generation writes your product descriptions, captions and page copy in your tone, then translates them. Our own app, Chitra, does it in 9 Indian languages.
Why product copy and translations fall behind
Every new product needs a description, every campaign needs captions, and every language adds the work again. A generic AI tool can write, but not in your voice, and it guesses at what it was never told.
-
“New products wait for someone to write their descriptions.”
Descriptions are written from your product data, in your tone, and reviewed before they go live.
-
“Each language means another translator and another delay.”
One source becomes each language you sell in, with your terms kept the same in every one.
-
“AI copy makes things up: a date, a feature, a claim.”
The copy says only what the source says. A date goes in only when one was given.
Descriptions, captions and translations at catalogue scale
Use it when you need a lot of text, in more than one language, that still sounds like you. Captions already run in our own app, and these are the other kinds we build it to write.
-
Captions and hashtags in the user's language
One line, typed or spoken, becomes a caption and hashtags in the language the app is set to.
Chitra -
Product descriptions at scale
Descriptions written from your product data, in your tone, for every product in the catalogue.
-
Localization of your site or app
Pages, app screens and help text translated with your glossary, so product names and terms stay the same.
-
Category pages and campaign copy
Category text, emails and campaign lines, written from what you sell and what is on offer.
-
Writing tools inside your product
Your users write in their own language inside your app, with usage limits and a cost log for every request.

Your voice and glossary, checked in each language
You get a working content system connected to your product data. It follows your brand voice, checks each language, and comes with a handover so your team can run it.
-
A content system
Descriptions, captions, page copy and translations from your own data.
-
A brand voice and glossary
Your tone, the words you use, and the names that must never be translated.
-
Fact rules
The copy says only what the source says, and asks when something is missing.
-
Review before it goes live
A person approves copy where you want one, by product or by language.
-
Checks per language
The right language and script, one spelling throughout, and text that fits its space.
-
A cost log and handover
Every piece of text logged with the model used and what it cost, and the code in your own code repository.
In production
Chitra: captions and posts in 9 Indian languages
Chitra is our own product: a phone app that turns one sentence or a voice note into a finished post with the business's logo, colours, caption and hashtags. It works in Hindi, English, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada and Gujarati, and is live on Google Play and the App Store.
- Fixed on the way
- Language and dates. A Hindi-app user who typed in Latin letters got an English poster, so the app's language now wins. A range such as “next week” counts as no date, and the chat asks.
- Built
- Hindi spelling kept to one form across captions and posters, and an AI disclosure page published in all 9 languages.
How AI content generation works
The system takes your source, such as product data or a page. It adds your brand voice and glossary, and asks an AI model to write. Rules around the model keep the text true to the source and right in each language. Your team sees finished copy, ready to review.
-
Source
Product data, a page, or one line typed or spoken.
-
Brand voice
Your tone, your glossary and the language to write in.
-
Fact rules
Only what the source says; a missing fact is asked for, not invented.
-
Model
An AI model writes the copy, or translates it.
-
Checks
Language, script, terms and length are checked before the copy is delivered.
- Source A new kurta: fabric, sizes and colours from your catalogue.
- Brand voice A friendly tone; “kurta” stays “kurta” in every language.
- Fact rules The data names no delivery date, so the copy names none.
-
Model
Writes the English description from the catalogue data. -
Model
Translates it into Hindi, using your glossary. - Checks Hindi in Devanagari, one spelling throughout, glossary terms kept.
- Checks Sent to your team for review, then to the product page.
Had a fact been missing, such as the fabric, the system would have asked for it instead of guessing.
Our own app already writes in 9 Indian languages
We build your system the way we built Chitra, in the user's own language and true to what they told it. The cost of every request is logged, and we stay on after launch.
-
Our own product, in 9 languages
Chitra writes captions and hashtags for small businesses, on Google Play and the App Store.
-
Built around your systems
We connect the content system to your product data and to the store or app where the copy is published, instead of replacing them.
-
Support after launch
We monitor the system after launch, keep it updated and improve it as new models arrive.
-
Hours that overlap yours
We work on India Standard Time (IST): 4.5 to 5.5 hours ahead of London and 9.5 to 10.5 ahead of New York.
Copy that says only what your product data says
Copy goes out under your name, so we agree with you what it may say and keep it to the facts in your data. If you want, the page says where AI wrote it.
On every content system we build
- The copy says only what the source says: no invented dates, features or prices.
- The language you choose wins, whatever language the request was typed in.
- Checks that block unsafe or off-topic requests (guardrails), and a check of what each request asks for.
- Every piece of text is logged with its model and cost, and usage has limits.
One kind of text first, more languages once it works
We start with the text you write most and set up your voice and glossary. More languages follow once the first ones work well.
The models and tools we build content generation with
Standard, widely used tools, so another team could take the code over. We pick the model for each kind of text and each language, and test it on your own content first.

Models
OpenAI and Anthropic models. When data has to stay on your servers, open models that run there, using Ollama. Chitra reaches its models through OpenRouter, one connection to many AI providers.

Questions about AI content generation and localization
What does an AI content generation service include?
We build the system that writes text from your own data, in your tone: product descriptions, captions, category pages, emails and translations. It comes with a brand voice, fact rules, checks per language and a cost log. It runs in your cloud or your app, and the code is yours.
Can AI write product descriptions for our whole catalogue?
Yes. The system writes each description from that product's own data, in your tone, and asks for a missing fact rather than inventing it. We run it on a sample first, your team reviews the results, and then it runs on the rest of the catalogue.
Which languages can you generate in?
The ones you sell in. Chitra writes in 9 Indian languages: Hindi, English, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada and Gujarati. For other languages we test the models on your own content first, and agree with you how each language is reviewed.
Is AI localization the same as translation?
Localization goes further: the right terms, tone and script for each market, not just the words. In Chitra, the app's language wins over the language a request is typed in, and Hindi spelling is kept to one form across captions and posters.
How do you stop the AI from making things up?
The copy says only what the source says. In Chitra, a phrase that names one day, such as “this Friday”, becomes a date; a range such as “next week” counts as no date, and the chat asks. We set the same kind of rules for your products.
Can it write in our brand voice?
Yes. We set up your tone and a glossary of the words you use and the names that must stay as they are. In Chitra, each brand kit carries a tone of voice, such as friendly or professional, and the captions follow it.
Will readers know the text was written by AI?
If you want them to. Chitra publishes an AI disclosure page in all 9 languages, and labels its images as made with AI. For your content we agree where a disclosure belongs, such as on the page or in your terms.
Can we offer AI writing to our own users?
Yes. We build it into your app or online software product (SaaS), with sign-in, usage limits and a log of every request with its provider, model and cost. Chitra does this for its own users, with a weekly free quota, credit bundles and subscriptions.
Which models do you use?
OpenAI and Anthropic models. When data has to stay on your servers, we use open models that run there. Chitra reaches its models through OpenRouter, one connection to many AI providers. We test the options on your own content before we pick one for each language.
Is our data kept private?
Where your data goes is your choice. With hosted models from OpenAI or Anthropic, it is processed by that provider. With open models on your own servers or cloud, your text stays inside your network. We sign an NDA before we start, on request.
How much does AI content generation cost to build?
Three things drive the cost: the kinds of text, the number of languages, and whether your users or only your team will generate. Tell us what you write today, and within two working days we come back with an approach, a rough timeline and a rough number.
How long does it take to build?
It depends on the content, the languages and where the copy is published. We start with the text you write most, in your main languages, so your team uses it before we add more. We agree the timeline at the discovery call.
Who owns the code?
You do. The code repository, cloud account and domain are in your company's name. Our team joins as collaborators, and you can remove access at any time. After launch we monitor the system, keep it updated and improve it as new models arrive.
Do you work with UK and US clients from India?
Yes. We sign an NDA before we start, on request, and work only in the accounts you invite us into. The code repository, cloud account and domain stay in your company's name.
