Every Call Scored. Only the Right Ones Reviewed.

Our AI call analytics turns your recorded calls into transcripts, checklist scores and summaries on the customer's record, so your leads review only the calls that need them.

AI call analytics at work: a recorded call arrives from your phone system, is transcribed speaker by speaker, is scored against the checklist you set, such as the greeting, the next step or required wording, with the line that needs attention flagged, and a summary with the follow-ups is written to your CRM, so your team gets the score and the summary.

Why your recorded calls go unheard

Your calls are recorded, but a manager can listen to only a few of them. What customers asked, what was promised and where a call went wrong stay in the recordings. Call analytics turns each one into a transcript, a score and a summary your team can act on.

  • “We find out what was promised only when a customer complains.”

Every call is transcribed and summarised, with the promises and next steps pulled out.

  • “Reviewing calls takes hours, so we check a handful.”

Every call is scored against the same checklist, and only the ones that need a person are flagged.

  • “Some things must be said on every call, and we cannot show they were.”

The checklist can include required wording, and each call shows whether it was said.

Sales, support and compliance calls, scored for you

Use it when your team makes or takes more calls than anyone has time to hear. Each system below starts as a pilot on your own calls.

  • Sales call scoring

Scores each sales call against your checklist: the needs found, the objections handled, the next step agreed.

  • Support call quality checks

Checks support calls for the greeting, the fix offered and the tone, so quality checks cover every call instead of a sample.

  • Required wording checks

Shows whether the wording you must use, such as a disclosure, was said on each call.

  • Summaries into your CRM

Writes a short summary, the next steps and the promises made onto the customer's record.

  • What customers call about

Groups calls by topic and reason, so you see what customers ask most and where calls go wrong.

Transcripts, scores and summaries for every recorded call

You get a working system that turns your recordings into transcripts, scores and summaries. It comes with a checklist you sign off, test calls that show how it scores, and a handover so your team can run it.

Book a discovery call →

  • Transcription for your calls

Recordings become text, speaker by speaker, in the languages your calls use.

  • A scoring checklist you sign off

What each call is scored on, what counts as a pass, and what gets flagged.

  • Data rules for recordings

Who can hear and read each call, what is masked, and how long it is kept.

  • Flags for the right person

Calls that need attention go to a lead, with the moment in the call marked.

  • A set of scored test calls

Calls your team has already scored, to check the system scores them the same way.

  • Dashboards and handover

Scores and topics over time, the code in your own code repository, the documentation and a walkthrough.

Pilot-first

A first pilot: a sample of your calls, transcribed and scored

Pilot-first: we start with a small pilot on your own data, priced up front, before any full build. A sample of your recorded calls is transcribed and scored against a checklist we write with you. Your team scores some of the same calls, so you see where the system agrees with them before you rely on it.

What the pilot builds
Transcription and scoring for one kind of call, such as sales or support, on a sample of your recordings, with summaries and flags.
What you get
The scored calls, a side-by-side with your team's own scores, and a plan for running it on every call.

How AI call analytics works

AI call analytics takes your recorded calls, turns the speech into text speaker by speaker, and scores each call against a checklist you set. It writes a short summary and the next steps, flags the calls that need a person, and shows the trends across all of them.

  1. Recording

Calls arrive from your phone system once they end.

  2. Transcript

Each call becomes text, with every speaker marked.

  3. Scoring

The call is scored against the checklist you set.

  4. Your systems

The summary and next steps go onto the customer's record.

  5. Report

Scores, flags and topics reach the people who act on them.

Call analytics run: one support call
  1. Recording A support call ends, and the recording arrives from your phone system.
  2. Transcript The speech becomes text, with each speaker marked.
  3. Scoring Greeting given, fix offered, next step not agreed.
  4. Your systems Finds the caller's record in your CRM.
  5. Your systems Adds the summary and the next steps to that record.
  6. Report “Could not log in. Reset link sent. No follow-up agreed.”
  7. Report The call is flagged for a team lead, because the next step was missed.

The team lead opens the flagged moment and its transcript, and skips the rest of the recording.

One call, step by step. Recordings stay in the storage you choose, and are read only through the access you grant.

Voice AI we have shipped, fitted to your phone system

We have shipped voice AI in Gyanee.ai, our own AI app, and we build call analytics the same way: on the systems you already run, with scores your team can check, and with us still there after launch.

View our work
  1. Voice AI we have shipped

Gyanee.ai, an AI app we built, takes voice questions in Indian languages, using Sarvam AI for the voice.

  2. Built around your systems

We connect call analytics to the phone system, call recordings and CRM you already run, instead of replacing them.

  3. Support after launch

We monitor the call scoring after launch, keep it updated and adjust the checklist as you need.

  4. Hours that overlap yours

We work on India Standard Time (IST): 4.5 to 5.5 hours ahead of London and 9.5 to 10.5 ahead of New York.

Your customers' voices and details, kept under your rules

Call recordings hold your customers' voices and details. We decide with you who can hear them, what is masked and how long anything is kept, on every call analytics system we build.

On every call analytics system we build

  • Access by role: each person sees only the calls their job needs.
  • Card numbers and other details you name are masked in transcripts.
  • A score is a flag for a person to review, never a decision on its own.
  • A log of every call processed, kept only as long as you set, with usage limits.

Your team's scores set the bar before it covers every call

A sample of your recorded calls is scored side by side with your team's own scores. It runs on every call once it has proved itself, and each step is priced up front.

The models and tools we build call analytics with

Standard, widely used tools, so another team could take the code over. We choose the speech and language models for the languages on your calls and your data rules, and build on your systems, in your cloud.

  1. Speech

A speech-to-text service turns the audio into text. Sarvam AI runs the voice in Gyanee.ai, an app we built, or we choose another service for the languages on your calls.

    • Sarvam AI
  2. Models

OpenAI and Anthropic Claude for scoring and summaries. When recordings have to stay on your servers, open models that run there, using Ollama.

    • Anthropic Claude
    • OpenAI
    • Ollama
  3. Built with

Python and FastAPI for the service, with PostgreSQL, a standard database, for transcripts and scores.

    • Python
    • FastAPI
    • PostgreSQL
  4. Hosting

Your own cloud account, in your company's name.

  5. Your systems

Your phone system or call recordings, your CRM and your helpdesk, through connectors we build for them.

Questions about AI call analytics

What is AI call analytics?

Software that turns your recorded calls into text, scores each call against a checklist you set, and writes a short summary with the next steps. It flags the calls a person should review and shows the trends across all of them, so your team learns from every call instead of a sample.

How accurate is the transcription?

It depends on the audio, the accents and the languages, so we measure it on your own calls in the pilot rather than quote a figure. Clear recordings, with each speaker on a separate track, tend to do best. Where a word matters, such as a name or required wording, a person can check that moment in the recording.

Can it score calls against our own checklist?

Yes, that is the core of it. We write the checklist with you: what each call is scored on, what counts as a pass and what is flagged. In the pilot your team scores some of the same calls, and we adjust the checklist until the system and your team agree.

Which languages does it support?

That depends on the speech service we choose. Our own product Gyanee.ai uses Sarvam AI for voice in Indian languages. For your calls we choose the speech service by the languages and accents on them, and we test it on a sample of your recordings during the pilot.

Does it work with our phone system?

If your phone system can export recordings, or your call platform lets other software fetch recordings, we can connect to it. We check how recordings leave your system at the discovery call. The pilot can start from a folder of exported calls, so nothing on your phone system changes yet.

Can it write call summaries into our CRM?

Yes. The summary, the next steps and the promises made can go onto the customer's record in your CRM or helpdesk. You sign off which fields it writes to, and everything else in the CRM stays as it is. We suggest reviewing the first summaries before you switch this on.

How do you handle personal data in recordings?

We agree with you who can hear each call, what is masked and how long anything is kept. With hosted models from OpenAI or Anthropic, data is processed by that provider. With open models on your own servers, it stays inside your network. We work only in accounts you invite us into.

Will scores be used to judge my team unfairly?

A score is a flag for a person to review, with the moment in the call marked, never a decision on its own. A lead looks at a flagged call before anything is said to the person on it, and in the pilot we compare the scores with your team's own.

How do we start?

With a pilot. Gyanee.ai, an app we built, takes voice questions and uses Sarvam AI for voice. A pilot on a sample of your recorded calls shows what the system gets right, and where it does not, before you commit.

How much does call analytics cost?

Three things drive the cost: how many calls you record, how many languages they use, and how many systems the results go into. Tell us about your calls, and within two working days we come back with an approach, a rough timeline and a rough number.

How long does it take to build?

It depends on the calls, the languages and the systems. We start with a pilot on a sample of your recordings, so you see scored calls before we build the full system. We agree the timeline at the discovery call.

Who owns the code and the transcripts?

You do. The code goes into your own code repository, the cloud account and domain are in your company's name, and the transcripts stay in your storage. Our team joins as collaborators, and you can remove our access at any time. We sign an NDA before we start, on request.

Do we need call analytics or a voice agent?

Call analytics works on recorded calls after they end. It transcribes, scores and summarises them. A voice agent answers live calls as they happen. Analysing your recorded calls first can show which requests repeat often enough to hand to a voice agent later.

Do you work with UK and US clients from India?

Yes. We sign an NDA before we start, on request, and work only in the accounts you invite us into. A written weekly update and a demo keep you up to date.
