A booking plugin that let Ski Barn's customers reserve, size and pre-pay for rentals before the trip.
Ski Barn rents ski and snowboard gear next to five resorts in West Virginia and Virginia. Its web agency at the time, RPCM, brought Provis in to build the booking: a custom WordPress plugin that ran on skibarn.net for five winters, 2020 to 2025.

Forty years of rentals, booked in person.
Ski Barn has rented ski and snowboard gear for more than 40 years, from five shops next to the resorts. At the time it was part of R&R Sports, which ran rental shops in Colorado and Utah. Its website was designed and run by RPCM, Ryan Pace's agency. Before the plugin, every rental took the route below.

A rental is not a shop order.
A shop sells a product once; a rental lends it again and again. It has to fit each person, and is picked up on a set day at a set store.

Ski Barn moved to a new website built by another agency. It still takes reservations online, on its new site.
